Our Story: Baboush is the perfect escape. Baboush Restaurant is Dallas newest escape; a place where Morocco is a state of mind. Baboush Restaurant Concept was born in Marrakesh city, Morocco inside a small traditional market called Baboush. Baboush means Moroccan slippers; and also the name of the Market that specializes in making the slippers in so many colors & styles. These inspired Baboush restaurant interior design by incorporate vibrant colors in the restaurant interior; and bring to you this market way of life & the tradition among Artisans or shop keepers who traditionally share while eating.

Right next to Baboush Market, in Morocco, one can see many, in “La place/Square” food vendors cooking street food with all flavors both Moroccan and Lebanese (Middle Eastern food) such as skewers, dips or shawarma sandwiches, etc., served only in small individual portions. And when anyone is in this market, in Morocco, certainly will feel an escape in its romantic & exotic setting just like being at Baboush restaurant in west village, Dallas. We want to bring to you and share with you this experience.

Interior Design: We think of restaurants as an ART! Baboush’s interiors provide our guests an escape from the ordinary by providing an authentic, romantic, elegant Moroccan atmosphere. Exotic lanterns, intricate tile work and elaborate textiles grace the space and lead the eye to the central feature of the restaurant: the warm large stained chandelier centered in the room and the Moorish authentic tiled bar wall. Motifs borrowing from the great Artisans in the traditional Markets era envelope the dining area, bringing the market way of life, creativity and personality to the restaurant space. The impact is immediate upon walking through the front doors – elaborate design, sumptuous fabrics and textures, and custom artisan-created details abound. Baboush design theme is a feast for the eyes! All Baboush’s exotic interior décor was flown from Morocco.
